Our host, Jean-Luc, was very helpful in answering all of our questions and providing great local information to help plan our trip. "Betty" the RV was ready for the adventure and Jean-Luc took the time to show us the features of the RV and make sure we were comfortable with them before we departed. He made himself available to contact while we were on our trip if needed. We really enjoyed our experience! We would rent from him again. Thank you!

Our trip with Betty has been amazing. This was the first time we rented an RV and it has been an unforgettable experience. RV had all the amenities needed. We travelled with a baby and the host made sure we were comfortable. He answered all our questions before we left and was very approachable on calls too.

Excellent service and Betty surpassed expectations. Jean Luc was very helpful, even letting us have the manual a day early (highly recommend reading this, especially tips on saving power ). So nice to arrive and not spend 45 minutes setting up a tent, especially in the rain. The onboard generator is very convenient, though noisier than just starting the van motor especially in campgrounds where generator hours are restricted. Loved the auto extending canopy! The van itself was easy to drive and all the systems were easy to use, even dumping the tanks. Do suggest bringing an outdoor ground mat for the bottom of the step, and downloading the CarPlay app ahead of time for the drive. Final tip: to recline the seat, there is a third seat adjuster wheel on the side of the seat which you can only see when the door is open.
