Chris provided an absolutely outstanding RV rental experience for our week-long trip to EDC Vegas. From start to finish, he was incredibly communicative, responsive, and genuinely cared about making sure we had the best possible experience. The RV itself felt luxurious, clean, and extremely well maintained. What really set Chris apart was his world-class customer service — he answered all of our questions quickly and made us feel well taken care of the entire trip. He also gave us amazing sightseeing recommendations between Phoenix and Vegas that helped us make the most of our vacation days. Highly recommend renting from Chris if you want a stress-free, premium RV experience!

This was our first time renting a driveable RV. We have owned a bumper pull and 5th wheel in the past. We were really amazed how well this RV drove and the outstanding service we got from Chris and his team from Scottsdale RV Life. Everything with Chris is well organized and professions from start to finish. They will contact you with information about pickup and drop-off before you will remember to do the same. They give you everything you need for an enjoyable vacation. We rented for 7 days for a trip from Phoenix to Sedona to Zion and back - with several side trips along the way. Don't plan a lot on your very first day, give yourself time to buy some groceries and any other small things you want for your trip and use that day to get used to traveling in the RV, setting up and breaking down. Chris and Mari were both very helpful with any questions that we had along the way and prompt to respond. If you're headed up to Zion be aware of road restrictions for RV's of certain height, width and length BEFORE you make the drive - typically phone navigation software will not take this into account. They are putting in more changes for the Mt Carmel tunnel in the summer of 2026. Would rent from Scottsdale RV Life again at any time and have already recommended them to friends!

We had an excellent experience renting from Scottsdale RV Life. Chris, the owner, worked closely with us from the start to help select the right RV, and that personal attention made a big difference. Pickup was exceptional, Chris met us in person and walked us through the late-model RV in detail. We rented a 2023 Entegra Odyssey 24B with a full slide, which was perfect for our 9-day trip through the national parks of Arizona and Utah. It was easy to drive and maneuver with a little planning, and the rear and side cameras made it very manageable for a first-time RV renter. The RV was clean, well maintained, and had more than enough space and storage for two people. While on the road, Chris was very responsive and quickly answered questions via text. Drop-off was just as easy as pickup. Overall, Scottsdale RV Life delivered a smooth, stress-free experience. We would absolutely rent from Chris again and highly recommend them.
