Louis was good with communication and the 5th wheel was nice. We had some issues with the foot pedal (flusher) getting stuck and water going every where. This was an ordeal to clean up but could have been avoided if we were told it was sticking. The ACs also went out but we were told this could happen because we were plugged into a 30 amp and the 5th wheel is a 50 amp.
We were also charged an extra $150 from our deposit from things I considered minor but I get it.
This was our first time ever renting anything like this and it would have been great to come with a small manual uploaded to the listing to understand how some of the things worked. Also, a cleaning checkout list would have been helpful to avoid extra charges.
