5.0As neophyte RVers our preliminary walk about left us short on knowledge, not sure anything could be done to rectify our lack of entry level knowledge. We were most pleased with the adjudication for the lack of heat for our initial nights, only wish the tech had been able to call us on Saturday.

5.0My experience with ACE RV rentals was excellent from start to finish. The communication and service went way above expectations. The RV was clean and in great condition, and the staff was incredibly helpful and patient as they taught me all I needed to know as a first-time RV renter.
