RV Rules Excessive Cleaning Fee We will charge an extra $100 cleaning fee if a guest returns the trailer excessively dirty. All dishes, pots and pans must be cleaned. Black and Gray Water Dump Fee Please dump and flush the black and gray water tanks before returning the trailer. We would charge a $80 dumping fee if the tanks are not emptied and Flushed before returning. This includes Deliveries. No smoking Please no smoking in our trailer at any point. If the trailer smells like smoke when it is returned, we may keep your security deposit to pay for deep cleaning and deodorizing the trailer. Power Source requirements This trailer is fully electric requires 30 Amp outlet. If you are using a standard house outlet you will be limited to the amount of appliances you can use at once. There is no propane. AC, fireplace, refrigerator, outlets and water heater need 110/120 V power source to power. It is recommended to bring an ice chest along for perishables. Generator is available as an add of $25 per night. This generator is specifically chosen to provide the amount of power needed to operate all functions of the trailer. If rented please return full to avoid a $35 refuel fee. All interior lights, awning, water pump and USB-C outlet use the provided 12V battery to power.
