Owners cancelled on me due to Van not being functional.. I agreed to alter my trip to accommodate, but I didn't have any specific dates I needed to use the van moving forward. Last week I get a message that my "trip has started".. I never heard anything from the owners about arranging pick up of the vehicle, they were just going to let it lapse.
Also outdoorsy support is horrible, I'm not sure how many more people I need to confirm my identity with but it seems there's zero continuity in their customer service department at all.

Fabulous vehicle and experience with Gina and Michael. Communication was super responsive and accurate. Briefing was absolutely comprehensive. They were both more than happy to answer questions immediately whilst vehicle was on hire. The vehicle itself is a dream to drive and eats up the miles, it’s extremely well equipped and thought through - clearly the owners love of travelling shows in the high spec and range of practical equipment available. Also, I’m 6ft 5 and slept like a log - can’t say that for many hotel beds!
