Couples Caravan - Minnie Winnie

We met Paul at our site in Huntington Beach SP who was setting up our trailer when we arrived. He informed us that the black tank drain wasn’t working. He then asked us what we wanted to do ?? The only option provided us was to call a mobile Rv service company to fix it on site. We would be responsible for paying with the hope that the host would reimburse us. We declined and proceeded to use the public bathroom for the duration of our vacation and use the black tank for nighttime only. What proceeded was a daily email or text regarding a request made on our behalf by outdoorsy to fireside Rv (host) . The resolution was a $300 credit. The daily update on the status of the credit was annoying and unnecessary. In addition to the black tank drain they also didn’t provide items that we requested. A beach cart and griddle. We owned a travel trailer for 10 years and loved traveling with it. We were hoping this would allow us to continue RVing without the hassle of owning one. This experience was way more stressful than owning one. .

Great RV for a getaway… would highly recommend. We had a Wedding on our property and needed extra sleeping for guest coming in from Colorado. The owners of Fireside had great communication and delivery service. We rented 4 units from them and all were in good order, clean and quality linen service. They supplied generators in case we needed. We did not have official RV hook ups. They insured our guest would be as comfortable as possible without any hiccups for their stay. Would not hesitate to rent from them in the future.

I could not have asked for a smoother rental process. It was a wonderful experience, and I look forward to more adventures!
