5.0Liu was fantastic. We had another van rented through outdoorsy and we’re cancelled on last minute. Searching for a replacement Liu was fast to respond, sensitive to the situation and went out of his way to get us on the road. He went as far as providing camping gas and other small things to make it easy. The van was immaculate, it looked like it had just been detailed. The double bed, microwave and fridge setup made for a easy week of cruising for our family of four. When it came to the return Liu again went out of his way. Highly recommended.
