Vehicle Condition
Many small things are broken, poor quality & poorly maintained. Missing bedding led to cold nights, and a defective rearview mirror made driving difficult. Some renters found it very dirty with toilet smells.
Communication
John was amazing in his communication and responded to various questions within minutes. He was consistently described as very good, responsive, flexible, and accommodating.

3.0Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre tour et les paysages par lesquels nous sommes passées. Le camping car est idéal pour voyager dans les rocheuses. Il manquait une casserole, une passoire, et autres petits gadgets pour que l'expérience soit idéale ! Il manquait aussi beaucoup d'équipement pour la literie, nous avons eu très froid pendant les nuits humides et autour des 10°. Le rétroviseur était également défectueux, rendant la conduite parfois délicate. Malgré tout cela, John était très disponible pour répondre à nos doutes par message durant le voyage et nous n'avons eu aucun gros soucis. Nous en garderons un très bon souvenir.

2.0The RV rental went well, no major breakdowns or other. Communication with John was very good, he is responsive, flexible and accommodating. However, this RV was very, very dirty and not just from a last rental but rather a long time ago. We spent our first evening cleaning it. The shower and toilet constantly smell of pee even if you empty the black and clean it. A lot of small things are broken, little equipment and poor quality. This RV is poorly maintained despite being only 10 years old. Given the high rental price, very mixed experience: you can find a better compromise. We are very surprised that no one mentioned it before. Personally, we would have liked to have known it before, it would have saved us from renting it and this unpleasant surprise.
