Li consistently receives praise for prompt, responsive, and clear communication. She is helpful, patient, and provides assistance, guidance, full tours, and options when issues arise, making pickup/dropoff comfortable.
Drives well, some mechanical issues
Generally easy and nice to drive, and very spacious with slide-outs. One reviewer reported mechanical issues: flat house battery, non-working tire pressure sensors, airbag light on, and temporary ABS/traction control failure.

3.0Communication was good, unfortunately the house battery was completely flat when we picked up the RV which caused issues trying to keep the appliances working. Easy to drive and setup, but there were some mechanical concerns such as tire pressure sensors not working, airbag light was on, and at one point the ABS and traction control system stopped working. It was able to be reset and seemed fine after that. We elected not to pay for kitchen supplies, but there was only about 1/8th a roll of toilet paper so we had to stop and buy our own.

5.0Li was very helpful in setting us up in one of her two RV's. The unit was clean, and all aspects of the rig worked well. It drives nicely, and incredibly spacious inside with the slide out. Look forward to renting it again.
