<h3><strong>Winner selection and notification:</strong></h3>



<p>As described in &#8220;How to Enter,&#8221; winners will be selected at the end of the Contest Period. The winners will be notified via email addresses provided on the submission. In order to receive the prize, the potential winner must return email communications with Outdoorsy&#8217;s team to set the delivery conditions of the prize. If the potential winner fails to respond to the email within 7 days or is found to be, in Outdoorsy&#8217;s sole discretion, ineligible or in violation of these Official Rules, such potential winner and his/her entry will be disqualified, and an alternate winner will be selected from all remaining eligible entries. Outdoorsy may request paperwork that the potential winner will be required to complete in order to be awarded the prize (including, but not limited to, a publicity release, tax documentation, drivers license information, evidence of insurability, and/or liability release). The failure to do so will render the potential winner ineligible.</p>



<p>If the potential winner is under the age of 25, they will need to be accompanied on their reward trip by a verified driver (verified in Outdoorsy&#8217;s sole discretion) over the age of 25 who will be responsible for being the driver of the vehicle during the rental period and who will be legally responsible for compliance with all terms and conditions related to accepting and using the prize, including the provision of paperwork and the releases and indemnifications described in these Official Rules. The prizes will be available for redemption until December 31, 2026. The receipt of the prize offered in this Contest by the potential winner is conditional upon compliance with these Official Rules and any and all applicable federal and state laws and regulations.</p>



<h3><strong>General Terms:</strong></h3>



<p>Decisions made by Outdoorsy are final and binding in all matters, including interpretation of these Official Rules and awarding of the prizes. <p>By participating in the Contest, you agree to release from liability and hold harmless Outdoorsy and its parent company, affiliates, and related companies, and each of their respective officers, directors, and employees and agents (collectively, the &#8220;Released Parties&#8221;) from and against any claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, arising out of participation in the Contest or the receipt or use or misuse of any prize, or from any trip booked or taken using the prize. Entrants agree to indemnify the Released Parties and any other companies associated with the Contest, including any vendors or marketing agencies, and any third parties who have provided prizing. The indemnity covers all claims made not only by potential winners, but also by anyone participating in the Contest. The indemnity covers both claims arising out of the Contest itself, and claims arising from any use of the prizes.</p>

<p>You&#8217;ve booked an RV and are getting stoked for your camping vacation &#8211; hooray!<br><br>Now, let&#8217;s say you want to change your payment method after you&#8217;ve booked your trip. No problemo. Depending on when your trip departs, different charges, like the security deposit, can occur at different times. <br><br>As a result, you may want to update the payment method associated with your reservation. <p>Roamly has partnered with Sensible to provide a product that allows you to purchase coverage for the duration of your trip and be able to receive a refund in the event of bad weather.</p>



<p>Available in the U.S. only, for all RVs, this additional Roamly Weather Coverage provides protection for your trip in the event of unexpected bad weather. Possible coverage is based on information from the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA).</p>



<p>For example, if it rains more than the amount quoted (based on the NOAA day-of-forecast), then Sensible will automatically provide a refund to you, based on the current weather at the location of your trip.</p>



<p>When you initially purchase coverage from Roamly Weather, you will see some basic information outlining your coverage and its parameters:</p>



<p><strong><em>What to expect:</em></strong></p>



<p><em>A forecasted &#8220;light rain&#8221; of 1.5 mm, or more, for 3+ hours will trigger the daily coverage. We&#8217;ll alert you if bad weather is on the horizon. Light rain is when you walk outside, and the ground looks like it&#8217;s been raining, think small puddles. </em></p>

<h3><strong>How do I purchase Roamly Weather Coverage?</strong></h3>



<p>Weather Coverage is offered when you make your reservation online for any stationary RV bookings where the RV is delivered and set up at a destination, or for campsite bookings, because the service requires an address to calculate the coverage.</p>



<p>You will also be able to purchase Weather Coverage after your booking is confirmed, from the Trips details page in your account.</p>



<p><strong>Note!</strong> Roamly weather coverage can only be quoted and purchased for trips that are less than three months long.</p>



<h3><strong>Is Roamly Weather Coverage the same as Trip Protection?</strong></h3>



<p>No, Roamly Weather Coverage is a separate offering from both Trip Protection and Damage Protection.</p>



<h3><strong>How is the covered amount determined?</strong></h3>



<p>The covered amount is based on the total cost of your booking when coverage is purchased.&nbsp;</p>



<h3><strong>How long do I have to purchase coverage?</strong></h3>



<p>Roamly Weather Coverage is available for purchase up until the day before your trip begins. If your trip starts today, you will not be able to purchase coverage.&nbsp;</p>



<h3><strong>What happens if I change the dates of my trip?</strong></h3>



<p>Because coverage is based on a specific date range and forecast, if you change the dates of your trip then your Roamly Weather Coverage will be removed and need to be repurchased for your new trip dates.&nbsp;</p>



<h3><strong>Can I cancel my Weather Coverage?</strong></h3>



<p>You have 24 hours after the purchase of Roamly Weather Coverage to cancel it. After 24 hours have passed, then coverage will not be able to be removed without canceling the booking.&nbsp;</p>



<p><strong>Note!</strong> If Roamly Weather Coverage is added within 14 days of your booking&#8217;s start date, then the option to remove the coverage will not be available.&nbsp;</p>



<h3><strong>What happens to my coverage if my booking is canceled?</strong></h3>



<p>If the booking is canceled prior to departure, then the entire cost of Roamly Weather Coverage will be refunded to you.&nbsp;</p>
